Come explore these two traditional Portuguese cities: Aveiro, connected to the sea, known as the ‘Venice of Portugal’, and Coimbra, known as the ‘City of Students’.
Departure from Porto. This trip will start at 9am heading to Aveiro, known as the “Venice of Portugal”. Discover the city’s canals and the “Moliceiro” boats going thought them. Then visit the Costa Nova region, famous for its beaches and colourful striped houses.
In the afternoon, we will head to Coimbra, the “City of Students”. You can admire the University, the oldest in the country and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will also have the chance to walk around the historical centre and learn about the handicrafts made from Coimbra ceramics.
