DAY 1 PORTO (ARRIVAL) | DOURO VALLEY
Upon arrival at Porto airport, our driver/guide will give you a warm welcome and take you to the Douro wine region. After arriving at the hotel you will have free time to rest. Accommodation in the Douro Valley.
DAY 2 DOURO VALLEY
After breakfast, our driver will take you to Pinhão, driving along charming roads along the Douro River.
In this small town we will walk around the historical railway station and also take a guided tour with wine tasting in two famous wineries (called “Quintas” in Portugal).
At the end of the day, we return to the hotel. Accommodation in the Douro Valley.
DAY 3 CÔA VALLEY (UPPER DOURO REGION)
Breakfast at the hotel. The first stop of the day will be at the São João da Pesqueira viewpoint, one of the best in the region.
Next, we’ll head to Foz Côa and visit another winery and the Parque Arqueológico do Vale do Côa (Côa Valley Archaeological Park), full of cave engravings in stone. Accommodation in Lisbon. Accommodation in the Douro Valley.
DAY 4 DOURO VALLEY
Breakfast at the hotel. On this last day in the Douro region, we’ll visit a traditional winery, winner of the “Best of Wine Tourism” award.
After a wine tasting, we’ll head to Pinhão, where we’ll take an one hour cruise aboard a Rabelo Boat (a traditional Portuguese boat). On board, you’ll be able to admire amazing landscapes that wouldn’t be possible to see by car.
Finally, we return to Porto. Accommodation in Porto.
DAY 5 PORTO
After breakfast at the hotel, your private driver/guide will take you around Porto’s most important places, passing through the historical centre, avenues, squares, monuments and its traditional tiles.
At the end, you’ll cross the D. Luís I bridge to Vila Nova de Gaia, where you’ll visit a Port Wine Cellar and have the opportunity to take part in another tasting.

DAY 6 RETURN
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Our driver will take you to Porto airport. End of our services.
