Tour around Portuguese and Spanish cities with a private guide

Upon arrival at Porto airport, our driver will take you to the hotel. Free time for the rest of the day.

Breakfast at the hotel. Our day will be dedicated to visiting two cities in Portugal’s beautiful Minho region: Viana do Castelo and Ponte de Lima.

In Viana do Castelo, you can see the Basilica of Santa Luzia. Climb to the top of Santa Luzia hill to enjoy breathtaking panoramas and explore the church’s richly decorated interior. Also discover the cobbled streets of the historic centre, full of charming shops, picturesque cafés and historic buildings.

Then travel to Ponte de Lima and enjoy the view from the Roman Bridge over the River Lima, a historic landmark dating back to Roman times.

Breakfast at the hotel and departure towards Galicia, Spain.

Visit the Monte de Castro Park, the port of Vigo, the historic centre, where we can visit the famous Vigo Cathedral and much more.

Drive towards Pontevedra. Stroll through the historic centre, admiring the medieval architecture, narrow streets and hidden courtyards. Visit (optionally) the Basilica of Santa Maria, Plaza de la Leña and the Provincial Museum of Pontevedra to learn more about the history and culture of the region. Finally, explore the stunning Rias Bajas.

At the end of the day, travel to Santiago de Compostela for check-in and accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. On this day trip to the capital of Galicia, you can visit the Gothic and Baroque Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela (optional).

Here, you’ll have free time to attend the Pilgrim’s Mass inside the Cathedral, stroll through the beautiful medieval streets of the historical centre and try the tasty Spanish cuisine.

Breakfast at the hotel. Day to explore “La Coruña”, a port city in north-western Spain, known for its rich history, impressive architecture and stunning coastline.

Visit the Tower of Hercules, the oldest functioning Roman lighthouse in the world, and the Domus Museum and House of Man (optional).

Enjoy the rest of the day shopping and strolling around the Old Town.

Return to Santiago de Compostela. Accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. This day combines exploring the historic city of Ourense in Spain with a trip to Caminha in Portugal.

Explore the historic centre of Ourense, full of beautiful streets. Be sure to visit (optionally) Ourense Cathedral, the Monastery of San Francisco and the Roman Bridge over the River Miño, which offers spectacular views of the city.

We’ll also visit Caminha, a town located at the mouth of the River Minho, and its historic centre, especially the castle, walls and clock tower, overlooking the magnificent beaches, the city’s postcard.

At the end of the day we return to the city of Porto. Accommodation in Porto.
